Easy and rugged machine, but with advanced controls and management systems, to achieve the goal of maximum reliability and safety. It is characterized by a combustion plant built according to the latest standards on safety, and by a massive design which allows the machine to face without fear the hostile foundry environment. The functioning is completely automatic. Once that the sensors on the machine have sensed the presence of the ladle, you just have to press one button to start the heating/holding cycle: the control system of the machine will manage the heat output according to the temperature that the operator set on the thermoregulator. The base has adjustable guides for the quick centering of the ladle under the burner. A sensor prevents the start cycle if the presence of the ladle is not sensed.
